TYSONS CORNER, VA-The Ezra Co. has hired Lawson Wilder and Leland Middleton, two former high-level executives with Studley, as senior vice presidents, as well as Lauren Allen, as an associate, to join its local office. The new hires follow on the heels of a 60% growth rate over the past year, since the company opened its Tysons Corner office in 2011.

Along with the announcement of their appointment, Ezra Company hints that more hiring is in the works.  “I am quite confident that Lawson, Leland and Lauren will play key roles in the continued expansion of our company in the Washington area and beyond,” says principal Mark Ezra, in a prepared statement. The company did not return a call to GlobeSt.com in time for publication.

The tenant rep firm recently touted its bona fides in the representation of the American Academy of Pediatrics in a 11,236-square-foot lease expansion and extension at 601 13th St. NW, otherwise known as The Homer Building.

In this deal, The Ezra Company negotiated a number of significant concessions for AAP, including a tenant-improvement allowance, rent abatement, and a favorable rental rate established two years in advance of AAP’s existing lease expiration.
