LAUDERDALE LAKES, FL-Kimco Realty Corp., a REIT based in New York, has sold a grocery-anchored retail center in Lauderdale Lakes. The firm has sold the 112,500-square-foot shopping center, Reef Plaza, located at 3200 N. State Road 7 for $11.2 million to Dacar Management.
Reef Plaza, constructed in 1968, was 89% leased at closing. Save-A-Lot is the anchor tenant in the center. Brokers from CBRE's Private Capital Group worked with the National Retail Investment Group's Dennis Carson to represent the seller. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
