BALTIMORE-According to Harborplace & the Gallery, the occupancy rate of the Light Street Pavilion will be 95% with new leases. Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. has leased a 13,000-square-foot space. Other deals include McCormick World of Flavors' 3,800-square-foot lease and Ripley's Believe It or Not! Odditorium's 12,500-square-foot lease. In addition, China Max, Chicken Now and Subway will occupy a new 7,500-square-foot dining in the first level.
