NEW YORK CITY-Savanna, a private equity firm, has purchased a commercial condo spanning 150,000 square feet at 15 E. 26th Street, a 20-story building. The top 12 floors of the property are condo apartments. According to sources, Savanna bought the lower 8 floors of the building that includes the ground floor for $57 million. The company intends to invest an additional $9 million in capital improvements.
