NEW YORK CITY-Shenkman Capital Management has expanded its Manhattan headquarters space at 461 Fifth Avenue to 20,725 square feet. The firm has extended its lease for the 21st and 22nd floors of the 200,835-square-foot building. It has also leased a 6,900-square-foot space or the entire 23rd floor of the property owned by SL Green Realty Corp. Asking rent for the deal was $85 per square foot.
