PARKLAND, FL-Standard Pacific of Florida has gained approval to rezone 288 acres of land in the northwestern corner of Broward County for a new residential community. The parcel is portion of a 1,949-acre area situated between Loxahatchee Road and County Line Road.
Standard Pacific of Florida will build over 450 residences on the site. The company will install required infrastructure for the project and eventually seek permits to start construction. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
