NEW YORK CITY-The Perseus Book Group is nearly quadrupling its existing 6,800-square-foot lease at 250 W. 57th Street. The company is leasing a 26,104-square-foot space or the entire 15th floor of the 26-story building to relocate all of its offices. Asking rent for the deal was $54 per square foot. W&H Properties is the owner of the property measuring 535,648 square feet.
