NEW YORK CITY-Construction is underway on three projects located in the block between West 54th and 55th streets, and Eighth Avenue and Broadway. According to sources, a 34-story project at 237 W. 54th Street will house a Hilton brand hotel. Other two projects are Granite Broadway's 68-floor twin hotels located at 1717 Broadway and Boston Properties' office tower spanning one million square feet at 250 W. 55th Street.
