NEWARK, DE-Campus Living Villages has closed the refinancing of the 704-unit Studio Green student housing complex near the University of Delaware. The company has concluded its refinancing program that covered 16 on-campus UD properties in March 2011 and $38 million in refinancing for Illini Tower in July 2011.
