MILWAUKEE-Rich Curto, an Illinois developer, has reached a contract to partner with a developer, probably Milwaukee-based Wangard Partners Inc., to develop 85 market-rate apartments on Park East Square. The developer bought the site in the Park East corridor in 2007.
The Park East Square development will include 85 apartments, 246 parking spaces and 14,600 square feet of retail space. The developers intending to start construction work by mid-2012.
