AUSTIN, TX-Texas Properties, an Austin-based real estate developer, is preparing start construction on two more apartment projects in Austin. The developer started construction on Flats on Wilson, a 62-unit apartment complex near South Congress Avenue situated in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood of Austin in December 2011.
The apartment project is expected to be completed this summer. Two other apartment communities that the developer is planning construct are the 186-unit Uptown Lamar complex and the 217-unit Flats on South Congress complex. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
