PHOENIX-Memphis-based EdR has reached a contract with an associate near the University of Arizona School of Medicine for another collegiate housing. The company will partner with Scottsdale, Arizona-based Concord Eastridge to build, own and operate the mixed-use collegiate housing community.

The $52-million community will be situated near the Phoenix Biomedical Campus. It will have 326 apartment units with 609 beds. Construction is expected to start next week. EdR will hold majority ownership in the community. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
