CHICAGO-Groupon Inc. will vacate approximately 220,000 square feet of space at 303 E. Wacker Drive in the East Loop in July and move nearly 1,500 employees to its River North location. The company has agreed to sublease 220,000 square feet at 600 W. Chicago Ave. from Bankers Life & Casualty Co.
Groupon, which already occupies roughly 140,000 square feet, will be the largest tenant at the building with roughly 360,000 square feet. Newton, Massachusetts-based CommonWealth REIT is the owner of the building. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
