SCOTTSDALE, AZ-BPG Investment Partnership IX LP, a subsidiary of Philadelphia-based BPG Properties Ltd. has paid $34.25 million for the Lincoln Towne Centre, a 223,605-square-foot building in Scottsdale. Lincoln National Life Insurance Co. has sold the property, located at 4150 N. Drinkwater Blvd., for $153.17 per square foot.
Lincoln Towne Centre, constructed in 1999, contains 2 five-story office towers. CBRE's Greg Mayer, Jerry Noble and Pat Devine represented Lincoln National Life Insurance, while BPG Investment Partnership represented itself in the deal. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
