FORT WORTH-Megatel Homes Inc. of Plano has purchased a 44-acre land in Fort Worth with plans to develop single-family lots there. The home builder is planning to develop 92 single-family residential lots in the Northwest Independent School District in the coming months.
The development will be named Valley Ridge community and Megatel is expecting to deliver completed homes in the community by 2013. Details of the deal were not disclosed. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
