LOS ANGELES-Raintree Partners, a Laguna Niguel-based real estate investment firm, has paid $24.2 million for two vacant Valley condo projects. The company is planning to lease the Sherman Oaks and Studio City complexes as apartments.
The properties include Villa Sofia, a 39-unit complex at 4470 Woodman Ave. in Sherman Oaks, and Vista Paradiso, a 24-unit complex at 11805 Laurelwood Drive in Studio City.
