MEMPHIS-Samuel Adefeylsan has purchased the Ashley Manor Apartments, a two-building property comprising 16 units in Midtown Memphis, for $1 million. The two buildings, which contain one-bedroom condo units, were sold by John and Nancy Waddell.
The apartments, which are located at 129 and 137 Belvedere, sold for changed hands for $62,500 per unit. The two buildings were remodeled for sale as condos in 2007.
