BERLIN-YOUNIQ AG will start construction on 761 student apartments in Potsdam, Lubeck and Bayreuth in spring 2012. The company will create 338 student apartments on a 96,875-square-foot site on Kiepenheuerallee in Potsdam for EUR 26 million.
YOUNIQ AG will raise 236 apartments on a 62,430-square-foot site at the corner of Bismarckstrasse/Lenbachstrasse in Bayreuth at a cost of EUR 15 million and build 187 apartments on a 55,972-square-foot land at the corner of Lise-Meitner-Weg/Paul-Ehrlich-Strasse in Lubeck for EUR 13 million.
