WASHINGTON, DC-N.S.P. Ventures Corp., an investment firm based in Japan, has purchased 801 Ninth St. NW, 236,054-square-foot office building, from Wereldhave NV for $147.5 million. The eight-story building is fully occupied by the U.S. Mint.

The sales price equates to almost $624.85 per square foot. Wereldhave bought the building in 2006 for $131.5 million. J Street Cos. represented N.S.P Ventures and Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP represented Wereldhave in the sale. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
