MINNEAPOLIS-Target Corp. has leased the old Retek on the Mall office building on Nicollet Mall. The Minneapolis-based company has leased the entire office space in the 11-story structure at 50 S. 10th St.
Wakefield, Massachusetts-based Franklin Street Properties Corp. said that Target's 449,233-square-foot lease runs through March 2030. Ryan Cos. US Inc. developed the property, which has nearly 400,000 square feet of office space. The building is located on the other side of Target's headquarters.
