
MIDDLETOWN, OH-Edgewood Capital, an investment company based in Southport, Connecticut, has acquired Maple Oaks Estates, a townhome apartment community consisting of 167 units at 2743 El Camino Drive in Middletown, for $5.6 million. The community, completed in 1974, features double- and triple-bedroom townhome units.
The project, which is presently 95% occupied, sits on a 40-acre land. The property was sold by The Ackerman Group. CBRE Inc.'s Indianapolis-Cincinnati Multi-Housing group negotiated deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Business Courier Serving Greater Cincinnati .
