PARIS-A group of French investors has purchased Axe France, an office building in Paris, for roughly EUR 166 million. The office property was sold by Deka Immobilien GmbH.

The office building, developed in 2001, comprises 236,806 square feet of net leasable area and it is situated in the 13th arrondissement of central Paris. The Deka-ImmobilienGlobal open-ended real estate fund bought the property in 2004. DTZ Asset Management advised the French investors and BNP Paribas Real Estate advised Deka Immobilien in the sale.
