SAN ANTONIO-Seldin Co. and its investor partners have acquired two multifamily properties in San Antonio. They bought the Villas of Oak Creste and Songbird properties for an undisclosed amount.
Villas of Oak Creste, constructed in 1980, is a 13-building complex with 280 units and it is situated at 5315 Fredericksburg Road. Songbird, opened in 1982, comprises 262 apartment units across 33 structures at 7667 Callaghan Road. In the deal, the buyers were advised by World Group Commercial Real Estate.
