DALLAS-CoreSpace Inc. is moving its headquarters from Las Vegas to Dallas. The data service provider has purchased a building measuring 30,000 square feet at 7505 John Carpenter Freeway near the junction of Mockingbird Lane and State Highway 183 to house its headquarters.
Details of the deal were not disclosed. CoreSpace is planning to relocate to the new location on June 1. Matt Thompson, Phil Rosenfeld and Tom Pearson from the Dallas office of Colliers International represented CoreSpace in the transaction. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
