BOSTON-Developers of the Seaport Square project have sold a 1-acre plus parcel approved for housing to Twining Properties and Skanska USA Commercial Development Inc. Morgan Stanley and Boston Global Investors have sold the parcel for $18.6 million.

Twining and Skanska have bought Block K of Seaport Square and have plans to build Watermark Seaport, a residential tower on the southeast corner of Boston Wharf Road and Seaport Boulevard.
