SEATTLE-Charleston, South Carolina-based Greystar Real Estate Partners has proposed a multifamily complex in South Lake Union. The company has filed preparatory paperwork with the city planners for the 290-unit apartment complex on the other side of Amazon.com's headquarters.

The seven-story project will occupy a half section on the east side of Boren Avenue North between Republican and Harrison streets. The site currently houses two older structures and a parking garage. The city's West Design Review Board will consider Greystar's plans on April 18. For the full story, go to Seattle Times .
