WASHINGTON, DC-The American Bar Association has signed an agreement to relocate its Washington, DC office from 740 15th St. NW to 1050 Connecticut Ave. NW. The Chicago-based nonprofit has leased 61,000 square feet at the 12-story building, called Washington Square.

The 708,753-square-foot building is owned by the Tower Cos. and Lerner Enterprises. Arthur Greenberg, Bie Chu Lee and John Goodman of Studley Inc. represented the tenant, while Brian Raher and Brian Tucker of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the owners in the deal.
