
NEW YORK CITY-A Mexican financial firm is expanding its space at 140 E. 45th St. Banorte Securities has signed a 10-year lease for 8,500 square feet at the 44-story building, also called 2 Grand Central Tower.
The firm, which currently occupies 6,000 square feet on the 2nd floor, is moving to the 32nd floor. The asking rent for the space was in the high $70s.
