LONDON-Boston Properties Inc. is in negotiations to purchase Drapers Gardens, a 292,500-square-foot trophy office building in the financial district of London, for GBP 285 million. Evans Randall bought the 16-tory building in 2010 for GBP 242.5 million from Canary Wharf Group.
The deal will mark the maiden office acquisition for Boston Properties in London. BlackRock Inc. is the sole tenant in Drapers Gardens. The company inked a 25-year deal in 2010. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
