
MOORESVILLE, NC-Langtree at the Lake's developers will declare a $40-million U.S. Housing and Urban Development loan in April to commence construction of the $1-billion mixed-use development in Mooresville. The $60-million first phase will comprise 300 apartments and 47,500 square feet of retail space.
Baltimore-based M&T Bank is underwriting the development under the HUD loan. Future phases of the project call for residential condos, a 300-room Embassy Suites hotel and a 280-acre office park. For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal .
