PITTSBURGH-Washington, Pennsylvania-based Millcraft Industries has obtained $33.5 million in permanent first mortgage for Piatt Place, a 225,000-square-foot mixed-use building in Pittsburgh. HFF's Pittsburgh office arranged the loan for the property.

The mixed-use property is located at 501 Fifth Ave. Mark Popovich from HFF led the refinancing for an affiliate of Millcraft. HFF arranged the loan through New York City-based Guggenheim Commercial Real Estate Finance.
