CINCINNATI-ITT Technical Institute, which has a campus at 4750 Wesley Ave. in Norwood, is opening a second one in the Greater Cincinnati area. The for-profit technical institute has leased 20,000 square feet at Liberty Office Park, a 76,000-square-foot property in Liberty Township, for five years.
ITT Tech is expecting to begin classes this summer at the Liberty Township campus. Capital Real Estate Partners LLC represented the tenant and North Ridge Realty Group represented owner Liberty OW I LLC in the lease transaction.
