NASHVILLE-National Health Investors Inc. of Murfreesboro has agreed to develop eight memory care and assisted-living facilities in the next three years. The company will lease all the facilities to Olathe, Kansas-based Bickford Senior Living.
The total capital investment for the project is approximated at $72 million. Bickford will lease the senior housing facilities for more than 15 years. Construction work on the first facility is expected to start in Q2 2012. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
