ORLANDO-A Walgreens store situated near The Florida Mall in Orlando has changed hands for $10 million. Maitland-based OBT Trade LLC has sold the single-story structure at 1835 W. Sand Lake Rd. to Fort Lauderdale-based CFP Wal-Orlando LLC for $692 per square foot.
The 15,816-square-foot store was constructed in 2010. Lori Schneider from Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services of Fort Lauderdale negotiated the deal on behalf of OBT Trade. For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal .
