NEW YORK CITY-Plum Pizzeria and Bar is opening its second Manhattan location. The restaurant has recently leased 1,000 square feet of space at 261 Eleventh Ave. situated between West 27th and West 28th streets.
A 300-square-foot basement is also part of the lease deal. Asking rent for the 10-year deal was $56 per square foot. Waterfront NY Realty Corp. is the owner of the Eleventh Avenue property.
