NEW YORK CITY-Westside GI will set up a shop on the far West Side of Manhattan. The new ambulatory surgery center has signed a lease for 15 years with KBS Realty Advisors for approximately 16,900 square feet of space at 624 W. 54th St.
Asking rent was $39 per square foot. Westside GI is planning to open the shop by the end of summer. Adams & Co. Real Estate represented the tenant and Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
