
PHOENIX-Scottsdale-based Concord Eastridge and Memphis-based EdR have started construction on an apartment project near the Arizona State University downtown campus in Phoenix. The 325-unit community will cater to students at the Arizona State University, the Phoenix Biomedical campus and the University of Arizona's College of Medicine.
The project will include 10,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and a 400-plus space parking lot. Construction is scheduled to be finished in July 2013. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
