PITTSBURGH-A high-rise office building in Downtown Pittsburgh has changed hands. Healthcare Trust of America has acquired Penn Avenue Place for $54 million.
Highmark Inc. houses its offices at the eight-story building and it is the principal tenant there. The company recently extended its lease for 10 years at Penn Avenue Place. Healthcare Trust of America owns the Federal North Building situated on Federal Street and Alcoa Business Center situated on Isabella Street in Pittsburgh.
