CHESTERTOWN, MD-KRM Development has bought a warehouse and distribution center in Chestertown for $1.5 million. The 44,800-square-foot industrial building, formerly housed the Wisco Envelope Co., was sold by 225 Talbot Road LLC.
The Dixon Specialty Products division of KRM is planning to use the building for manufacturing industrial hose couplings as well as accessories. NAI KLNB, a unit of KLNB LLC, negotiated the deal on behalf of both the buyer and the seller. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
