SUNNYVALE, CA-Rambus Inc., a technology licensing company, is expanding its footprint in Sunnyvale. The company has leased a new office space measuring 30,963 square feet at 1050 Enterprise Way.
Rambus, which already has 125,210 square feet in the Enterprise Way building, has signed the new lease for 100 months. With the deal, the company's total area in the eight-story building has reached 156,173 square feet.
