CARROLLTON, TX-Dallas-based Stroud Properties Inc. is planning to build an assisted living community in Carrollton. The $12-million senior living and Alzheimer community will come up on a 7.5-acre land near the junction of Josey Lane and East Hebron Parkway near Baylor Medical Center.
The project will have seven residential buildings and each of the 8,500-square-foot building will accommodate 16 residents. Construction is slated to start by September. Stroud is expecting to open the community in late 2013. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
