ALBANY, NY-A new student housing will be built at SUNY Adirondack's Queensbury campus. The college has obtained loan from Citizens Bank for the $25.5-million student dorm.

The 148,000-square-foot, 400-bed dorm will come up at the community college situated near Glens Falls. Bette & Cring of Latham will build the on-campus student housing. Construction will start in spring and will be completed in time for classes in fall 2013. Adirondack Housing Authority LLC will own the dorm. For the full story, go to The Business Review .
