BOSTON-Digital Influence Group and Racepoint Group have subleased an office space measuring 37,056 square feet at 53 State Street in Boston. The W2 Group-owned companies will relocate their corporate headquarters from Wyman Street in Waltham to the Hub in June 2012.
The 40-story tower, also called Exchange Place, is located at the corner of Congress Street and State Street. In the deal, the tenants were represented by Colliers International and sublandlord Fidelity Investments was represented by CB Richard Ellis/New England.
