SAN FRANCISCO-Bethesda, Maryland-based Host Hotels & Resorts is planning to list the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, a 336-room property in San Francisco's Nob Hill, on the market for sale. Industry insiders are expecting that the property will reach the market before the end of this month.
