REBNY will host its Members Luncheon on March 8 at the Hilton New York. This particular lunch will focus on the city's economic development leaders.Charles Bagli of The New York Times will be moderating the discussion which will include feature Kenneth Adams, president & CEO of Empire State Development Corp; Patrick Foye, executive director of the Port Authority of NY & NJ; and Seth Pinsky, president of New York City Economic Development Corp. The panel will cover topics such as the city and state road map to attract jobs, investments, tenants and residents to our region, sustaining New York’s competiveness and status as a global city and new innovative projects.

The event will take place at The Hilton New York and kicks off at 11:45 am.

Real Estate Stars Come Out for REBNY Gala

NEW YORK CITY-Optimism filled the halls of the New York Hilton as the city’s top brokers, developers and officials celebrated the Real Estate Board of New York’s 116th Annual Banquet. More than 2,000 people attended the event inside the Mercury Ballroom on Thursday evening.

REBNY Report Charts Mixed NYC Home Market

NEW YORK CITY-According to a Real Estate Board of New York survey, the fourth quarter of 2011 was weak, as far as New York City home prices and sales were concerned. However, according to REBNY’s “Fourth Quarter 2011 Residential Sales Report,” there were some bright spots in Brooklyn and Queens and brokers are optimistic about 2012.
