BALTIMORE-The physician group at the University of Maryland School of Medicine is expanding in downtown Baltimore. University of Maryland Faculty Physicians Inc. has signed a lease renewal deal and added 25,102 square feet to its existing office space at 250 W. Pratt St.
The physician group now has nearly 62,000 square feet at the building. Colliers International's Kevin Haus and Matthew Haas represented FPI, while Cushman & Wakefield Inc.'s Whitney Nye represented Behringer Harvard Funds, the landlord, in the lease deal.
