KANSAS CITY, MO-Highwoods Properties Inc., the owner of Country Club Plaza, has sold the 96-unit Neptune Apartments in Kansas City for $11 million. Price Development Group was the purchaser of the multifamily property at Broadway and 46th Street.
The apartment complex is situated in the heart of the Country Club Plaza. Highwoods will use the proceeds from the deal to pay down debt. If required, Price Development Group will be allowed to refurbish the interior. For the full story, go to Kansas City Business Journal .
