DENTON, TX-La Jolla-based Interwest Capital Corp. has acquired a multifamily property in Denton for about $17.2 million. The 24-building complex, which comprises 300 apartment units, was sold by Camino Del Sol Apartments NF LP.
The property, constructed in 1985, sits on more than 11 acres of land. Seattle-based Pinnacle Family of Cos. will manage the apartment complex. Interwest owns The Plaza at Scripps Ranch complex, the Monarch at Scripps Ranch complex and the Viridian Lofts building in downtown San Diego. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
