CORPUS CHRISTI, TX-The former headquarters of Whataburger Restaurants LP has changed hands. TWF Partners LLC, an investment firm based in Corpus Christi, has bought the three-building office property at 4600 Whataburger Way from Whataburger.
The Corpus Christi building has been vacant since Whataburger relocated its home office to the Alamo City in 2009. In the deal, TWF Partners was represented by Gulftex Properties' Burris McRee and Whataburger was represented by Joe Adame & Associates' Mark Adame.
