CATONSVILLE, MD-Charlestown, a senior care community in Catonsville, is getting a $28-million facelift. Erickson Living Management LLC is remodeling the senior living community.
The three-phase development includes expansions of the Edgewood residential building and clubhouse. The Edgewood building will include 17 one-bedroom apartments and 38 two-bedroom apartments. The clubhouse, known as Charlestown Square, will be expanded to more than 55,000 square feet. The senior housing project will be competed in 2013.
